BelAire Designer Fencing Fire Pit Promotion – Terms &Conditions 1. Promotion Overview Every qualifying fencing purchase made between 12:00 am NZDT on 1 October and 11:59 pm NZDT on 31 October 2025 to the value of $10,000 or more (excluding GST) will receive a free BelAire Fire Pit while stocks last. 2. Eligibility Purchases can be combined to reach the qualifying amount of $10,000 or more (excluding GST) within the promotional period. One Fire Pit will be provided for every $10,000 + GST spent in a single order. Capped at 3 x fire pits (any order of $40,000 +GST and above would be supplied with capped 3 x fire pits amount). Promotion is open to retail, trade, and homeowners who are New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over. The purchase must be made between 12:00 am NZDT on 1 October 2025 and 11:59 pm NZDT on 31 October 2025. 3. Promotion Gift Details The promotional gift is a BelAire Fire Pit. Fire Pits are supplied in kitset form and must be assembled by the end user. Fire Pits are manufactured from Corten steel. Corten steel may transfer colour onto concrete surfaces. It is recommended that the Fire Pit be placed on steel, grass, or dirt. Shipment on stocked units is on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. If stock runs out, eligible customers will be notified and delivery will take approximately 12–14 weeks. The Fire Pit is provided as-is and includes standard design features such as grill rack and branded cut-outs. For safety and proper use, the Fire Pit is intended for outdoor use only. 4. Payment Terms To qualify for the Fire Pit, a deposit or full payment must be made before 31 October 2025, unless the customer is on a “20th of the following” account. If the payment is not received by the due date, the Fire Pit will not be secured. 5. Collection & Delivery The Fire Pit will most likely be shipped with the fencing order unless otherwise arranged. The Fire Pit can also be collected from a specified BelAire Fencing location if agreed. The delivery address for the Fire Pit can be the same as the fencing delivery address or a different address as required. Extra delivery charges may apply. The BelAire account manager will liaise with the purchaser to arrange delivery. Delivery times are subject to standard shipping schedules and availability. 6. Gift Limitations The BelAire Fire Pit is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or any other product. One Fire Pit will be provided per qualifying total purchase amount, subject to available stock. Limited stock available. 7. General Conditions BelAire Designer Fencing reserves the right to amend, vary, or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice. Any amendments will not affect already confirmed eligible purchases. In the event of a dispute, BelAire Designer Fencing’s decision will be final. 8. Liability BelAire Designer Fencing is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury as a result of this promotion or use of the BelAire Fire Pit. Any issues or defects with the Fire Pit are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. 9. Privacy Customer information collected for participation in this promotion will be used for processing orders and delivery of the promotional gift and will be handled in accordance with BelAire Designer Fencing’s privacy policy.
